Your online booking on the balladins.com website is consistently guaranteed and, to validate your booking, you must provide your bank card number. A reservation confirmation email will be sent to you showing your booking number. An invalid bank card results in the cancellation of the reservation. Online reservations can be made until 6 pm for an arrival on the same day. For some balladins hotels, online booking may not be possible; please contact in this case the balladins Reservation Centre: 32 60 say “balladins” (Indigo number: €0.15 including taxes/minute).
Any reservation cancellation must occur before 6 pm on the arrival date either online via the link on your email confirmation, or via the reservation centre; you will then receive a cancellation confirmation email. The cancellation can also be made directly to the hotel.
In case of a no arrival, and in the absence of a cancellation before 6 pm, the 1st night will be charged to you and the rest of the stay will be cancelled.
In case of a partial cancellation of the stay, the client must notify the hotel upon their arrival. For certain offers, special cancellation conditions, amending these General Conditions may apply.
Rooms, subject to local exceptions, are reserved from noon to noon on the following day. We strongly recommend you, because the hotel may close during the day or after a certain time in the evening (info accessible on the information page of the selected hotel), to call the hotel for how to check in.
The bank cards that are accepted are listed on the booked hotel information page, effective at the time of your reservation.
The holder of the bank card used to make the reservation allows the hotel to carry out as of that moment a pre-authorisation on the card from the banking institution up to the total amount of the reservation.
The prices listed on the Website are in Euros. They are per room and per night, all taxes included, except for any tourist tax to be applied and, where appropriate, specific supplements.
Hotels are only liable to clients for any damage occurring during their stay. Please note that photographs are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Any claim for incorrect execution of the reservation contract must be notified on site by expressing your allegations within 24 hours of your arrival.
If you were not able to obtain satisfaction, please write your complaint regarding the concerned hotel and send this document within period of 30 days from your return date to:

After informing the balladins hotel and in the absence of a satisfactory response within one month, the client can inform the Travel and Tourism Ombudsman, whose contact information are available on their website at: www.mtv.travel.
